new stereo but I am not getting no sound

I have a2001 town & country. I installed a new stereo but I am not getting no sound. The equipment has power. I read about the amp cable but I don't know how identify it. The blue cable from the radio is not connected any cable coming from the car.

There is a feed to the body control module that needs to be connected here are the wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.
