Changed the alternator in my 01 town and country...now the ac doesn't blow cold so I checked the ac clutch fuse and it burnt out...changed it and keeps burning up....could the voltage on the alternator be wrong?

Yes if clutch coil draws too many AMPS then fuse blows that is what they are for in a circuit
