When the truck is running, and i have the clutch engaged everything sounds normal. But when i release the clutch, in neutral or in gear, A whining sound starts to happen. It sounds like it is still in gear even in neutral. As soon as i push in my clutch the whining sound goes away. Can you tell me why it is doing that?
