After replacing the hinge pins in my door the driver's door is not sitting correctly

did you replace the pins, and bushings??? how did you support the door when you had the pins out? i only ask because the weight of the door may have bent a hinge while replacing the pins.... i roll the window down, then wrap a towel around the top of door frame... i use an engine jack to support the door while changing pins.... door weighs around 60lbs, but very tough to hold by our self and change pins/bushings.... you may need to bring to a body shop, as if something is bent, torquing this door can result in broken glass.... ( i learned from experience!) glass runs around $80.00, and a body shop may fix for $60.00.

This is not uncommon when replacing hinge pins. Basically the door hinges wear and if someone over the years adjusted the door with worn pins and you replace them the door will no longer line up. It is possible that the hinges are bent as well if this suddenly happened because something happened to the door but even if that is the case, you will have to realign the door after replacing the hinges as well.

I would suggest going through the alignment process attached and if you can't adjust it enough to get all the gaps correct, it is because the hinges or door itself is bent.
