2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo abs, traction

My abs and traction lights came back on, i got new abs and everything fixed, then after one big rain storm they stoped now lights always come on,not right away tho, when i start my car my dash is clean then il break and my abs go on then turns off and the light comes on, what could it be?
