2001 Chevrolet Impala No Power

you need to check all fuses,especially the fuse for the ebcm ( electronic brake control module),fuse number 35 I think.also you need to verify that you have communication with a scan tool and see if there are any codes stored.

I will check that fuse right now, but I have gotten a scanner and it doesn't read the computer at all?

ok,that helps.make sure that you check every fuse in both fuse boxes very carefully and again especially the ebcm fuse.if you find any blown,first see if that restores the scanner communication and check for codes and post them here for me if there are any.let me know.

I have checked every fuse and the only fuse that doesn't get power is the BCM fuse it is a 10. I swapped it out even though it wasnt blown and it still doesnt have power, i keep checking with the scanner and it still doesnt read anything

that's what I suspected,in all likeliness you have a faulty module,but I would suggest that you have it diagnosed by a shop to be certain.

So I changed the Bcm and Pcm, brake lights went of but I still don't hear my fuel pump and no power to pcm

I am going to have to recommend that you take it to a shop and have it diagnosed,it is to costly to keep guessing.
