Can I get a ignition switch wiring diagram for a 01 impala?

Having trouble with the starter not turning the car over?If so turn the key to the start position if there is power the switch is good. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know what happens.

Its fine right now but, but the failer is intermittent. Might be having problem with the "run voltage" as well. I will be checking it later.

I will post the wire diagram in a little bit what i ment to say was the yellow wire from the ignition switch should have battery voltage when the key is in the start position.So the starter is inop when it wont start?Also does it happen more often when the engine is hot?Is the security light on solid or flashing when it wont start?
