I changed my passenger side wheel hub assembly because my wheel bearing was really bad. note that my vehicle drove smoothly prior. We dropped the vehicle and cranked it and it idled rough, we drove it to the store only to see the service engine soon light flashing. Afterward we checked to see if we had inadvertently pulled a plug wire but all of them are secure. Is there a vacuum line close to the passenger side front wheel? I'm stumped.
Please help!!

Note:
Definitely feels like a miss but only while idling (Stoplight) and the service engine soon light blinks only when driving.

The first thing is to have the diagnostic fault codes read. Many auto parts stores will do that for you for free. When the Check Engine light turns on it means the code relates to something that could adversely affect emissions. The most serious codes are when the light is flashing. That means stop the engine as soon as you can do that safely. Too much raw fuel is going into the exhaust system where it will overheat and damage the catalytic converter.
