how do I remove the bolt (NO room) so that I may replace my oil cooler hoses?

I am having A LOT of trouble removing the bolt, rear of engine block
in order to replace my cooler hoses (not tranny lines, not the oil hose to radiator, THE oil hose from oil filter housing to engine block.)
There is no room, you can see it through a VERY little space from the wheel well and a small opening between transfer case and drives haft.
PLEASE, PLEASE advise.
