throwing a p0410 code

I drive a 2001 Cadillac deville dhs and it's throwing a p0410 code. My system only has one bank or one air pump, I searched the code and learned it could be the fuse or the air pump it self but it comes on at the right time and blows for a few seconds and seems to be working fine.

I checked for clogged hoses
I've bought new hoses
I bought a new air pump and relay
