Need more details.

Just had front brakes done , back breaks adjusted . When I accelarte and am driving I hear like a whistling sound , seems like it is coming from the rear / thought is was the rear brakes so I had them checked , they only needed adjusting , not sure why I hear that sound when driving

That would be weird for the whistling to come from the rear.Are you sure its the rear?

sounds like it is coming from the tire area in the rear , almost like a squeeking sound ,sometimes sounds like a whistle also just had the brakes doen but have to put the pedal way down to stop ?

When you step on the brakes does the noise change?

yes , most times when I step on the brakes the noise goes away

Then the brakes need to be inspected.
