That code means the camshaft position sensor (bank 1) is over-advanced or system performance problem. There are many tests to run to figure out what the problem is. If you have some tools and a digital multi meter we can figure out which part to replace. Other wise go to your favorite local shop and have them do it. You may end up replacing that sensor.
