oil pressure in 2001 audi s4

So I replaced my turbos in my 2001 audi s4 and everything works great exept I cant get any oil pressure. what should I do? Did my oil pump take a crap?

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge,if normal replace the oil pressure switch. If abnormal could mean oil pump and engine bearing.

Well I tried to start it and I was getting a whinning sound from somewhere. It might be the turbo. What does that mean? U think the turbo is getting oil. I did prime the turbos by taking the fuel pump fuse out and and cranked the motor a few times before I started it.
