cannot turn the blinkers on or off they are permanently on

hi,the alfa has a problem with the light and indicators , i cannot turn the lights on or off they are permanently on all the time, and i cannot use the indicators ,nothing happens no hazard lights when you push the button ,and the light will not go off ,there are constantly on ,the car is driving all the rest of the electrics are working ,i have changed the indicator stalk and battery no good ,i am hoping it is not the body computer ,i have also checked all the fuses all good .the small fuses that is !! i would be grateful for any help !! thanks
