2001 Acura CL Witch car is better?

Witch car is a better built car, to buy used a 91-96 Acura Legend or 2001 Acura CL Type S? What car is better made, better repair cost, greater after market and go-fast-goodies, and what car is of greater value to be a classic? Was either car made with a computer? I read a persons review of 91-96 legend that they had no computer witch made them better. So would the CL type S have a computer? The only thing I know about the CL type S is that they had bad transmissions like the Honda accords. That's from reading blogs. So what is the most trouble free and best upgradable Acura out of the two? H E L P!
