Which electrical connections were dried?

How do you know it's running rich? What are the short term and long term Fuel Correction values?
Fuel pressure? Coolant Temperature sensor values?

It's most likely still the after effects of the water on the ignition system. Remove the Ignition Coil Pack and
check for cracks (common).

First off, I would like to thank you guys for the help.

Here is an update.

Everything is clean and dry, I live in Arizona, and I can be assured there is no water left in the vehicle.

I have checked the oil dipstick, and there are no water droplets. Also, I removed the ignition coil, and it is dry and clean, with no damages.

To my guess, I am thinking the MAF could be fried.

Also, my Catalytic converted is shot, it is rattling and reducing my power.

These are easy fixes, but I am just a broke college student.

I guess my next step is to clean the air filter and change the spark plugs.

You will need to replace the cat, even if you get a second hand one from a wrecker will be better that nothing, and run a scan for codes and report them here.
