the fuel gauge stuck?

I have a toyota yaris and the fuel gauge got stuck in a position. I change the float, but with no positive result. I try repositioned the the pump, but still the fuel gauge stuck in a position. Any solution please let me know asap.

probably a bad dash as they are digital

I agree with HMAC300, I would get a used cluster from ebay and install it which should fix the problem. Here is how. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
