Could you tell me why I have a whoamm, whoamm, whoamm noise when driving at speeds between 40-60kmph?

I have installed a 3" body lift, 33x12.5, and recently replaced a rear passenger wheel bearing. It sounds like a rub that follows the revolution of the tires. Speeds up and slows down.
Also, when crawling over humps that extend the limits of the suspension I get a snapping/clacking noise while slowly rocking over medium obstacles.
Also, :) When I take long drives (in excess of 2hrs) the idle seems like it's on the verge of stalling. If I stop and turn off the truck and then start it back up the idle problem goes away.
Thanks in advance

As far as the idle, check for vacuum leaks and check the idle air control valve. As far as the noise, check to make sure the backing plates behind the calipers are not bent or rusted and touching the brake rotor. Also, make sure the sensors on the brakes are not touching the rotor. Finally, since you have aftermarket wheels on it, make sure the ID of the wheel is not touching a caliper or other component.
