2000 TOYOTA ECHO

Hi we have replaced brakes at least 6 times in for years on the Echo....replaced pads,brake line,drum,master cyclinder just this last week alone....still makes noise and brakes get hot and warp...please help...we also had a repair shop replace parts.....what is causing the problem

Possible causes :

Seized calipers piston or slider bolts.
Brake pedal to booster push rod out of adjustment.

Which wheel is locking?
Were all jobs performed by the same repair shop and what were their diagnosis?
