i have a problem when I put fuel in it.

I have taken the fuel neck out and blowed out the metal vent lines but it didn't help. Is there a vent valve or something down by the tank?

Do you have any codes?I would check for codes it could very well lead you to the problem.Sounds like some spiders built a web and clogged the vent or the vent valve is stuck closed.
