i have a manual 2000 subaru limited gt with a throttle body and it has a high idling on a cold start or warm and seems to race for awhile and tac out about 3,000 and then it will straighten out and go back down to 950 tact which it should be at standing and then when i go to go and shift between gears it will idle high so i bought throttle body and air intake cleaner and follow the directions on can and still does it can that be the IAC or throttle position sensor or the MAF sensor?
