remote keys doesnt work

Press the button on the remote and listen close to the door to see if you hear anything. Also put a finger lightly on the door lock on the car and feel for it trying to move. If it doesn't move and/or you don't hear anything, check the door lock relays.

Unfortunately your car isn't listed in our reference material, but most car makers put door lock relays against the bulkhead in front of the passenger seat.

i just checked as you said but nothing happen, only remote light comes on when press button nothing else, i just checked all fuse they are fine, could you tell me the signer sensor location from the car (the light keep fleshing for remote signal) i could not find that one. Ok. Next listen very carefully for a clicking sound from under or behind the glove box or under and to the left of the steering wheel as you hit the button in the remote. VERY carefully, it may be quite quiet.
I have attached 3 images. The first 2 are examples of what the door lock/unlock relays should look like. The third is the wiring diagram for them. The output labeled 'Fan +12 volt wire' will be the power for lock or unlock. Pin 87a may also have a wire to it. If so, a single relay controls lock and unlock of each door. If not, there will be one for lock and another for unlock. These images and details are for vehicles available in North and South America, so I'm not sure of the Czech Skoda, which MAY be a positive ground vehicle. If so, the polarities will be reversed on your relays.

The module that controls locking and unlocking of the doors is USUALLY located on the bulkhead between the passenger and engine compartments, just behind the glove box in front of the passenger seat; on cars available in the US.
