Resetting my security light

2000 saturn We just replaced our steering column because we were have issues with our ignition lock cylinder locking up. Now our car will start but it won't say running. It just shuts off and the security light just flashes. What can I do to get my car to keep running.

Follow the pass lock relearn i posted let me know if it starts. Don't worry about the body control module or the powertrain control module just do the instructions.
