2000 Saturn L100 Replacing blower motor resistor

I was wondering the easiest way to replace my blower motor resistor or if taking my glovebox out is the only way to get to it. Can I access it in the passenger side floor well (I'm pretty small and can work in the space)

I hate to say it, but you need to go through the glove box area.
