i have a 2000 saab 9-3 base 2.0lt turbo, i am having a issue, when i press the gas pedal it bogs out, iv replaced the head gasket, turbo, battery, sparks, and air filter. on hard accel when it bogs it blows the intake hose (over engine) off the throttle body and seems to run mildly better, if its related i have also had some issues with coolant, it seems to flow fine with cap off but when cap is on it backs up into reservoir and out the overflow hose.. im lost

Only on inst cluster. Yes I do but it keeps in the low 1/3 of the 3. When I hit the yellow it bogs down but when the intake pops off it runs with less bogging unless I stop

CHECK BOOST PRESSURE SOUNDS LIKE U R OVER BOOSTING ,NEXT TO COOLANT ISSUE ,DID U DO A CYLINDER HEAD FLATNESS TEST WHEN U HAD THE HEAD OFF DURING GASKET REPLACEMENT ,ALSO DID U REPLACE YOUR COOLANT THERMOSTAT ,NOTE YOUR ISSUE SOUNDS MORE LIKE A FAULTY CYLINDER HEAD ALLOWING COMPRESSION TO ENTER COOLING SYSTEM ,IF U CAN GET A CYL LEAK DOWN TEST DONE FOR ALL 4 CYLINDERS GET IT DONE .GOOD LUCK.

KI would get a head check done, this is a simple chemical test for Co in the cooling system, if this is the case, you will still have a head problem to deal with.

Ok so my compression test was very good all at 120. But my main concern is the coolant. When I sit with cap off it flows fine.. Fan works etc. But when I drive it it sprays out around the reservoir and in return ... I have low coolant

This can be exhaust gas pressurising the cooling system, or a blocked radiator, get the head check done to eleminate any possible head problem, good comps do not eliminate a gasket problem

A stuck thermostat can do this, a water pump that is not turning at all will cause local boiling inn the block so this can also have an affect, i would go thermostat first.
