car has been misfiring for a while

My car has been misfiring for a while but mainly in damp weather. Today after a day of no use it wont fire and is just making a clicking noise, is this the battery? Ive had cam belt replaced at about 70000 miles. It just wont fire.

Nothing there just clicking. Took battery off to charge.

If it still just clicks after the charge get the starter checked out.
