Brake and reverse lights are not working

i've changed bulbs and worked out the fuse keeps on blowing after being replaced. What can i do? I've also changed the relay switch at the back but can't seem to pull out the black relay under the steering wheel, i really need to find out because i don't want to take it to a garage if the problem can be resolved easily? please help.

Hello,

There might be short in the circuit and that is why the fuses blow when plugged in.

It will be a good idea to check the brake light switch. The brake light switch is located under the brake pedal. When the brake gets depressed, the switch gets pressed, and the brake lights come on.
Shorted out brake light switch will prevent the lights from working.
