2000 Renault Scenic struggles to drive

i was driveing the car and it was all fine then one day i went out and it sounded load like there was a blow on the exhaulst and it was struggling i took to kwik fit for an exhaulst check and they said it was fine but advised the ignition coils and spark plugs where an issue on this car so i got these changed this worked for a little while and then it became load again and some times struggles ever so slightly please help

let me make sure I understand you correctly: you're telling me that the exhaust sounds like the engine missing? or like the engine is muffled? or like the engine is running underwater? you failed to mention if there was a check engine light or how the exhaust smells.

no check engine lights at all it did sound like miss fireing first time now it sounds ok just very loud

It sounds like you may have an exhaust leak, Have one of your friends help you, take a rag stuffed it in the tail pipe and then listen where the exhaust is leaking, engine? underneath the middle? maybe the muffler?
