I need answers to getting the motor timed up properly

hi i need help on how to set my cams as i broke the cam belt on a renault senic 1400 16v and am trying to do this my self. I have some experience with motors but i cant seem to get this motor started, i have no tools as it looks like i need to align the timing.

Don't have the references on this vehicle is to how to set the valve and ignition timing-basic set-up,put engine no.1 piston on its compression stroke/TDC and set the camshafts and crankshaft markings as specified in the repair manual, then once properly set-adjust ignition timing-Sorry
