Put in new fuel filter, new fuel pump, vacume is good on fuel regulateor . Car will start then sounds like it runs out of fuel. 80 lbs pressure right behind fuel filter but only 5 lbs on the rack. I can not see any line crimps. Any ideas?

Im not sure of engine litre size? That pressure is too high. Make sure no pressure on fuel lines, take lines loose on both ends, supply and return, can you blow air through the lines?
