2000 Pontiac Sunfire oxygen senser

I had the code p0133 come up on my car was told it was a bad oxygen sensor so I bought a new one changed it and reset the codes like I was told (was also told to check for exhaust leaks and there is none). The code popped up again with p0440 something about evap canister having no vacuum, My engine and service light is on and won't reset, also my ABS light came on and won't shut off checked all brakes and they are good but the Abs won't work, any advice on how to fix the problem would be much appreciated.
