Hello i put oil in my car last night because it was making a very weird noise. And this morning when i turned it , it was making a very loud squeaking and chugging noise, could you please help me asap?

Did rngine need oil? weird noise same as clunking etc.?

I put oil in the engine to see if that was the problem but the noise has gotten , its like chugging, and squeaky. I have never heard that sound before
