this pig only gets spark for a few seconds while cranking. you will never get spark again unless you turn the key off and start over. it almost runs, it certainly try's the ecm has been replaced and the ignition module also. i tested crank sensor with led light and got the blinking that it was supposed to have. still no start does any relearn procedure need to be done before the car will start? i already did the one for the ign , it would not crank untill i did that. any idea's ? this is not my car, just trying to help a friend. thanx

I already did the anti theft re-set. The car would not crank untill I re-set it. there are no codes present, the fuel pressure is good. with a spark tester hooked up it only gets spark for a few seconds. it starts, but only for a few seconds. it looses spark and dies. it will not get spark again unless you turn the key off. you could crank it over all day and never get spark unless the key is turned off and then re-try. also it does not matter if you hold key in the crank possition after it starts, it still looses spark and dies. once again it will not get spark again unless the key is turned off first. also it does not loose the 12 v power source to the module when it dies. today i am going to check if it looses inj. pulse when it dies. can someone please help !!!!!!

check cam and crank sensors for resistance they may be to high. I don't have any specs on them so you'll have to test against new
