The back windshield wiper will not turn off. And the dash board lights for the windshield wipers keep flashing. The only way I can stop it is to remove the fuse. But when I do that the sppedometer, the air conditioner, the gas all quit working. So I removed the wiper blades for the time being because I don't want to remove the fuse.
