2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue lights on

just replaced alternator on my 2000 olds intrigue. since then battery,abs,tcs,brake,ses,low oil and oil change reminder lights are on. they keep coming on and going off. today i noticed that when they r on at high rpms ( 45 mph or greater) my a/c quits blowing cold. Please help with somewhere to start looking for fix. alternator is charging steady at 13.7 to 14.1. battery replaced 2 days ago. still solid at12.1v.
