Since the gauge doesn't work either, are you sure the pump is getting power?

If you have power to the pump and it doesn't run, either you have a bad pump or a bad ground not allowing the power to complete its circuit. Have you checked for a ground?

Are you sure you got the hoses connected correctly at the tank? If the pump works, there isn't anything to stop pressure at the rail unless you damaged one of the steel lines or the hoses are on wrong.

Hello.
This is nabil.
Thank you for your response.
The pump does not come on when its in thank . It does not have power once in thank.
I tested it out side and it worked.
It has power on one wire that goes to the desending unit. But no electricity to the pump. It seems that it supposed to take the signal from the fuel guage.
The fuel guage does not move . When it does then the pump throwes gasoline out.
I suspect that there maight be an issue with ECM.
I wounder what is the switch that has 3 wires going into it right nextt to f. Pump plug is for.it may be the one that give the signal to the fuel guage.

Thank you.

If the power wire supplies power when it's out of the tank and not when it's in, there either you have a bad connection, a broken wire that looses power when in the installed position, or there is no ground.

The fuel gauge won't cause the pump not to run. It isn't getting power or a ground. That is what is causing both to not work. Recheck the wiring, connectors, ground... One of them is the problem.
