For my 2000 Oldsmobile Alero what adhesive can I use to hold my driver side door handle into the door? The whole thing comes out and goes sideways but the handle and the keylock work just fine. I got hit and run while I was parked by a church on christmas eve. Haven't been able to get the dent out myself. Will any work? The dent is in the middle of the driver door a decent way in. Enough that I can't roll my window down past 3/4s or its blocked by the dent.

you would likely have to remove inside door panel to access dent to pound it out so window will work. while you have door apart replace door handle. not likely any glue would hold up to use. the only possible kind would be an epoxy putty.
