Scraping and whinning noise from front right side of motor

I HAVE A 2000 NISSAN MAXIMA when I start car it has a spinning or grinding and a scraping noise coming from front passenger side what could this be I had pulley tensioner changed and it still happens when I start car and when I drive . Thanks

could be a belt or one of the pulleys associated with the belt. have a shop check it to verify.

I was told belts look good.

belts may but the pulleys??????
