does the flywheel have to be timed to crankshaft

replaced rearmain seal, did not mark flywheel. getting check engine,crankshaft sensor. of the six different positions of the flywheel cause this if not in proper location.how would you align it now? is this alignment foul my timing or is it more likely my sensor or wiring.

there is nothing i can see in alldata. did you damage the sensor in any way??

pulled wires from plug and reinserted them,could be backwards?

no, which motor do you have i looked for the 3.3 v6

the wires came completely out of plug end,if + or - is reversed would it interfere?

still nothing even with engine re build.
