What is the EXACT trouble code that you are getting?

I'm not sure what the exact code was. They read it at advance auto parts. I didn't do it. Let me run up there real quick and have them read it again.

There is no code that tells you to change any part or that any part is defective. The codes give you specific information about what in monitored in that circuit and it's up to the technician to determine what is causing it.

The exact code reading is: P0100 Volume or Mass Air Circuit and P0325 Number One Knock Sensor Or Bank One Sensor.

The knock sensor is probably a bad sensor. they are notorious for that. Here's where your at with the PO100

I guess the MAF sensor is OK since it was new. The wire harness however, was taken from an Altima at the junkyard because I couldn't find a place anywhere in town or on the internet that sold a wire harness for an MAF for my car. So, there still could be a bad connection if the replacement wires were bad as well. Any ideas where to buy a new harness?
The knock sensor makes sense. The car has all the symptoms of a bad one.It also has over 100,000 miles. They cost about $140 at the auto parts store but I found a new one online with a warranty for only $20. For $20 I guess it's worth a try. Hopefully that fixes the problem.

Wireharness do not go bad esily. You should test the continuity as per procedures given to you by wrenchtech. It could be a loose or contaminted connections and could be from the PCM.
