What could it possibly be but an electrical problem? Fuses protect electrical circuits. You need to provide a whole lot more detail. There's lots of fuses. Don't make us guess which one is blowing or if multiple fuses are blowing and when. Do they blow as soon as you put a new on in or not until you turn on the ignition switch? Did you replace the starter thinking that would stop a fuse from blowing, or did the fuse problem start right after replacing the starter?
