fan in inside of car will blow on heat or ac

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. If it will blow heat or AC, what is wrong?

If you select hot it should blow heat and if selected AC it should blow cold
fan should have no effect on the air temp that blows
if have a problem not hot enough check thermostat and or blend door actuator
