I have a problem with my dash lights and headlights flickering. when im driving they stop flickering but if I stop they start up again. the radio is not affected at all by this problem I had the alternator replaced and a new battery. I thought that replacing the alternator would have fixed the problem. im not sure what to do, any help would be appreciated.
