What do the flashing lights air bag on the dashboard mean on my 2000 Mazda Miata ?

PAD switch circuit problem
AIR BAG DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTC)
DTC (1) Possible Cause
1SAS unit poor connection
2SAS unit internal malfunction
3SAS unit power supply circuit
6Driver-side air bag module circuit
7Passenger-side air bag module circuit
49(2) PAD switch circuit
(1)Perform appropriate diagnostic test under DIAGNOSTIC TESTS .
(2)DTC first digit is indicated by counting air bag warning light longer flashes and continuing to count short flashes indicating second digit.
