2000 Mazda Demio Tail lights and instrument lights

No tail lights or instrument lights work.
I have checked all fuses and all lamps.
I have power out of the fuse under the dash.
I have no power the the stalk lighting switch for the tail lights. (I have power there to the head lights and they work)
I have concluded the fault is the Tail Light relay.
Where the hell have mazda hid this item?

POWER GOS FROM THE HEADLIGHT SWITCH THROUGH THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH AND THEN TO THE REAR. THEIR IS NO RELAY.TEST TO SEE IF POWER IS GOING TO THE REAR THOUGH THETURN SIGNAL. THE SIGNAL FLASHER MAY ALSO BE FAULTY. THE PARTS STORE CAN HELP U WITH A LOCATION OF THAT.
