I replaced my starter and now my truck shakes like crazy like it wants to break down what did i do wrong or is this just another problem and how can i fix it. could it be my o2 sensors

if it happened right after starter change i would assume you did something that has altered your engine performance. how long have you drove since the change?

My truck had possibly the same shake. I replaced the ignition coils and it ran fine.
