car is sagging in rear

my car sags in rear when i push on the gas from a stopped position. it is not stiff. noticed a rubber bushing worn on the control arm in rear. Could the struts be problem? Any ideas how to fix the bushing? Is the rear strut bought as one assembly? Can you buy a replacement bushing? The tires are also worn on the inner edges and wavy.

you can replace bushings and some after market company's will sell control arms with bushes already fitted, struts if spring over, come non assembled and the springs and top seats need to be renewed or re fitted from your old units. this is a dangerous job and should be only done with correct tooling and by someone with experience in spring work, as if they slip under pressure you can get hurt.

I see that the lateral control link and control rod is worn. I am having trouble finding resources on how to fix and where to buy the replacement control rod and lateral link

That is called a panard rod and it wont cause the car to sag, you are on the right track with new rear struts and springs.
