Brakes seize and car wont move forward

Deiving home the other night, i was getting off the
Highway when my car rumbled and would suddenly
stop. I am missing a bolt that holds the caliper to the
frame so i think the frame seizes the brakes.
Is this a proper diagnostic? If not, what do i do?
This is the only car we have so i need this fixed quickly.

why are you mssing that bolt and why wasnt it repaired??

you need to find out which or if all wheels are locking up.

could be the master cylinder, booster or something else

I replaced the front right ball joint and upper control arm as well as put in new brake pads on the front two brakes. I put the bolt back in, the road I was driving on was rougher than most, could that be the issue? That the bolt worked its way loose? How do I diagnose the master cylinder? How much would this normally run me in a worst-case scenario?

back to the bolt. is that the wheel that is locked up??

Yes, it is the same front-right wheel that is locking up. The frame is catching on the caliper so the car will not move forward. Is this as simple as getting a new bolt with some locktite in there? If so, is it a 3/4" x 1" long bolt to replace?

cant tell cause i am here and you are there. you must repair this correctly before proceeding. is there threads left in the spindle for the bolt??
