where is the front blower relay located

It is located behind center of dash, on blower/flasher relay block - looks like number 22

As you see by the attached pic it shows the center. However the electrical part of the manual also says it is located under the drivers side of instrument panel. You will have to look for removable panels on the side and bottom of the dash.
