My RPM has always been very low a little above the 0 about two bars. When I turn on the air-condition instead of the RPM going up to it goes down instead and engine shakes because of the load from the air-condition but if am driving its normal you only feel it when in traffic or car is stagnant.

Secondly my steering has automatically turned to manual instead of a power steering, seems the power steering doesnt work anymore. I have changed the Pump it didn't work and has even gone to the extent of changing the steering rack. they were both used parts. I have sent them back to the seller as they didnt work. is there any other thing that might cause this problem?

Low idling apeed are usually caused by dirty throttle body and IAC. Have them cleaned.

For the power steering, you need to test the pump pressure to see if it is weak. Racks don't cause the power steering to fail completely. It might be heavy to oone side or heavier than normal but never fail completely unless it is leaking badly internally.

I think my car consumes fuel as well.

Circuit Description

The oxygen sensor monitors exhaust gas oxygen content and delivers an input signal to ECM. The ECM uses this input signal to determine fuel injection system operation. Sensors include heater. DTC P0125 is set when sensor does not output a rich condition once engine is at normal operating temperature, engine speed is 1400 RPM or more, vehicle speed is at 25-62 MPH, throttle valve is not fully closed, and at least 180 seconds have elapsed since engine has been started, for at least 1.5 minutes. DTC P0125 is also set when vehicle runs out of fuel. Possible causes are:

l Fuel system fault.
l Fuel injectors.
l Ignition system fault.
l Exhaust gas leakage.
l Open or short in oxygen sensor circuit.
l Faulty heated oxygen sensor.
